2. Orders are accepted via telephone, mail, fax, email or from our website.
3. Orders will be confirmed by Evolve Life Sciences prior to processing.
4. Payment terms are 30 days.
5. Itemised prices are quoted in Australian dollars exclusive of Goods and Services Tax (GST). Total invoice price includes GST unless delivery is outside of Australia.
6. Evolve Life Sciences reserves the right to adjust advertised or quoted prices that may occur due to reasons beyond our control.
7. Delivery times are estimates only and customers will be advised of any reasonably foreseable delays.
8. Problems with products supplied by Evolve Life Sciences must be reported immediately to ensure they are resolved as soon as possible.

Terms Of Warranty
 
Evolve Life Sciences makes no representation or warranty, express or implied, beyond the description of the product on the Tax Invoice, except that the material will meet product specifications at the time of delivery.
Evolve Life Sciences liability is limited to refund of the purchase price, or the replacement of material that does not meet product specifications.
Refunds or replacements are conditional on written notice to Evolve Life Sciences within thirty (30) days of delivery.
Evolve Life Sciences, it's directors, officers, employees, agents or suppliers shall not be liable for incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of this site, or any website site linked to this site.
